Shipping Information for your Item

1. SHIPPING: Same day shipping is available for Express Orders, if ordered by 10:00am EST. All other orders ship next day, when ordered by the close of the business day. Ground shipping is $12.00. Express shipping is typically $54.95 but can vary depending on weight of basket. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
   
   SUBSTITUTIONS: Photos may show items that are seasonal or no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on availability.
   
   METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, DISCOVER and AMEX (American Express). We also accept company checks and can set up corporate accounts. You will need to call the store to order if you want to use anything other than a credit card at (330) 899-9968.
    
   
2. ORDERING INFORMATION: Orders can be placed from the website at any time. Please note that ordering early is the best way to ensure product availability.
   
   SHIPPING: We currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Services. Shipping time varies, depending upon the Fed Ex shipping schedule. Please provide complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes with Fed Ex all P.O. Addresses will be shipped via USPS. Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carriers rules. Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.
    
   
3. WINE BASKETS: Wine gifts can only be delivered in the state of Ohio. Any gift outside the local delivery area will be shipped via ground delivery. Due to the alcohol content of the gift, an adult signature age 21 or over will be required upon delivery.
    
   
4. PRIVACY STATEMENT: We feel very strongly about respecting our customers privacy. We will not sell, trade or openly provide information to any other parties.
