Shipping Information for your Item

1. SAME DAY DELIVERY: If basket is ordered by 11:00am EST, it will be hand delivered the same day to the following residential areas: Alliance, Beach City, Brewster, Canton, Canal Fulton, Dalton, Doylestown, East Canton, East Sparta, Ellet, Hartville, Louisville, Magnolia, Malvern, Massillon, Navarre, North Canton, Mineral City, Minerva, Mogadore, Orville, Strasburg and Waynesburg. (Please keep in mind that each of our baskets is fresh baked to order and takes approximately 3 hours from start to finish. If your order is placed at noon, the earliest the basket would arrive to its destination is 4:00 pm, depending on that day's delivery schedule. Therefore, any orders placed and being delivered to a business will be delivered the following day).
    
   
2. SHIPMENTS: We currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing FedEx "Ground" or the United States Postal Services -- if ordered by 11:00 am. All orders placed for delivery to cities not listed will be shipped same day Monday - Wed if ordered by 11:00 am. We do not ship on Thursdays and Fridays.
    
   
3. HOURS OF OPERATION: Our hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays, including
   any government holiday when the post office would be closed.
    
   
4. UNDELIVERABLE BASKETS: If your recipient is not available to accept delivery, we will attempt to leave the package with a willing neighbor. If there is no one available, we leave a door hanger letting the recipient know that there was an attempt to deliver a package, which includes our address and phone number. They can then contact us as to when they are available. When the recipient calls, they have the option for us to bring the package out to them again (with no additional cost to our customer) or they can make arrangements to stop by the store and pick it up. If for some reason the customer does not call within 24 hours of our attempt, we will contact you to let you know the package was not able to be delivered. You will still be responsible for the order and the delivery attempt.
    
   
5. CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION: We make every attempt to verify an address prior to shipping or delivering a basket, which is why it is important for
   us to collect phone numbers. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct delivery/shipping information. If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, you will be contacted and given the option as to what you would like for us to do at that point. You will be charged for the initial package and delivery attempt.
    
   
6. HOSPITAL DELIVERIES: We will hand deliver gifts ordered by noon the same day to Alliance Community Hospital, Aultman Hospital, Mercy Medical Center & Massillon Community Hospital. Orders placed after 11:00 am will be delivered the following day. Packages being delivered to any hospital not listed will be shipped according to our shipping policies and cannot be guaranteed due to varying release times of patients and hospital delivery schedules.
    
   
7. COOKIES: For the cookie trays that are shipped and not hand delivered, each cookie is individually wrapped and placed in a shipper box, not on a tray. Giant Personalized cookies cannot be shipped at this time.
   
   
8. WINE BASKETS: Wine gifts can only be delivered in the state of Ohio. Any gift outside the local delivery area will be shipped via ground delivery. Due to the alcohol content of the gift, an adult signature age 21 or over will be required upon delivery.
